Victor Polich Joins Bank of the West as National Sales Manager for its Mortgage Banking Division

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of the West announced today that Victor Polich has joined the bank as senior vice president, Mortgage Banking Division's (MBD) National Sales Manager based in San Francisco. With an extensive background leading sales groups, Polich will lead the bank's growing mortgage business and oversee the bank's 110 member mortgage sales team throughout the bank's footprint.

Throughout his 25 year career, Polich has developed sales initiatives, launched distribution retail channels, created talent acquisition plans and led sales teams throughout the western United States. Prior to joining Bank of the West, Polich served as the Western Division Sales manager at Stonegate Mortgage. Polich also spent several years at JP Morgan Chase as vice president of Mortgage Banking.

Polich received his BA and MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and is a resident of Walnut Creek, CA.
