Victoria's Nail & Spa Opening New Store at The Shops on Broadway in Riverdale

NEW YORK, Nov. 29, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- SD Urban Retail, a Manhattan-based owner and developer, announced today that it has executed a lease with Victoria's Nail & Spa at its shopping center, The Shops on Broadway, located at 5740 Broadway, Bronx, New York 10463.  Victoria's Nail & Spa will occupy 6,000 square feet of space on the ground floor of SD Urban Retail's newly constructed shopping center that opened in 2016 containing 24,000 square feet of ground floor retail in total.  Victoria's is expected to open in Spring of 2018 and will offer a full line of spa services including, manicures, pedicures, facials, massage and more.

Victoria's will be joining the current tenants, FedEx and Kabuki, an Asian Bistro & Hibachi concept that is currently building out their space, which will be opening in Q1 of 2018.  The signing of the Victoria's at the center leaves two, 6,000 square foot areas (that can be demised into smaller areas) available for lease.

Peter, the owner of Victoria's, said that he was considering other centers in the market for his next location, but signed with SD Urban Retail because of the center's easy access off Broadway, its 14-foot-high ceilings, and 90 parking spaces available to their customers.
