This year's "Queen Witch for the Day" champagne luncheon will be held at the Fort Lauderdale Country Club (415 Country Club Circle, Plantation FL 33317) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. For the 3rd year, Akerman LLP is sponsoring the event.
"Our annual luncheon aims to combine laughter, an essential part of life, and giving back," said Bobbi Wigand, Executive Director of Victory Living Programs. "Each year, everyone in attendance has such a great time with the theme, so we can't wait to see what clever costumes attendees will come up with this year."
The afternoon of festivities will include a three-course lunch, champagne, courtesy of Premier Beverage, a table-decorating contest, and the "Queen Witch for the Day" pageant, with MC Amber from LIPS and judged by a panel of celebrity judges who will crown the 2015 "Queen Witch for the Day." All guests are encouraged to come dressed in their best witch-themed costume and compete for the "Queen Witch for the Day" title.
Proceeds from the event will contribute to Victory Living's year-round programs such as the supported living program, adult day training program, supported employment program and the social and recreational program.
Tickets to the "Queen Witch for the Day" luncheon are $65 per person or $480 for a table of eight. Tickets can be purchased HERE.
