Victory Living Programs Hosts "Queen Witch for the Day" Luncheon to Support Individuals with Disabilities

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ladies far and wide are invited to join in a "wicked" fabulous celebration that will culminate in crowning the "2014 Queen Witch for the Day." This Halloween-themed luncheon that promises to offer lots of laughter and love will raise funds for Victory Living Programs, a nonprofit organization that helps individuals with disabilities live a more independent life by offering core programming in the areas of housing, employment and recreational services.

On October 22, 2014 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Victory Living Programs invites you to have some fun and channel your inner fabulous "witch" persona at the "Queen for the Day" luncheon, sponsored by Akerman Senterfitt. The luncheon will take place at the Ft. Lauderdale Country Club (415 Country Club Circle, Fort Lauderdale FL 33317).

"This year our annual 'Queen for the Day' luncheon will take a fun twist," states Bobbi Wigand, Executive Director. "Each table will be provided with a trick or treat bag full of 'goodies' to transform one table member into a witch worthy of a crown. Our judges are already looking forward to viewing the fabulous witches and crowning the '2014 Queen Witch for the Day.'"

In addition to this fun Halloween-themed pageant, guests will enjoy a delicious plated lunch featuring a fresh salad, quiche, dessert and complimentary champagne courtesy of Premier Beverage.
