The project chronicles how Goodwill helps people find employment, which in turn allows them to better care for their families and contribute to their communities. The League received more than 1,100 entries from more than a dozen countries, representing a broad range of industries and organizational sizes. The video was also named #64 on LACP's top 100 list of Communications Materials of 2010. Goodwill Industries International's Communications and Public Affairs team produced the video with a group of freelance crewmembers.

Judges for the 2010 Spotlight Awards were communications professionals from diverse sectors, including Fortune 500 companies, the manufacturing and services industries, and nonprofit organizations.
