MONTREAL, May 25, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Today Videotron released illico for Apple Watch, an app that gives Apple Watch customers a new way to explore content and control their TV experience at the touch of a finger.

FLIP function for TV addicts
The illico app for Apple Watch includes a Flip function which lets users flip between channels within a given genre (music, sports, children's, movies, etc.). Whether they are looking for a TV show or the perfect background music, the Flip function will help users find the right content from Videotron's vast selection of live channels.

"Our goal in developing this app was to complement the traditional remote control experience right from Apple Watch," said Manon Brouillette.

CONTROL function for one-click control
Tech-happy users can also use the app to fast forward, rewind or pause any show, on a live channel or video on demand.
