Vigilant Video Names Stanley Westreich to the Board of Directors

LIVERMORE, Calif., May 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Vigilant Video announced today it has appointed Stanley Westreich to the company's Board of Directors. The selection committee called Westreich, "A seasoned business executive with a proven track record of success and a lifetime worth of business acumen."

Westreich served as Director and Member of the Finance & Trust Oversight Committee of Capital One Financial Corp. and was a Director of Capital One Bank (USA) from 1994 through 2010. Westreich also served as Chairman of the Capital One's Compensation Committee from March 1995 through April 2005, and continued as Member until 2009. Westreich is currently on the Board of Directors of Neuralstem, Inc. and TLO.
