Vinson & Elkins Enhances London Private Equity Practice with Addition of Partner Paul Dunbar
LONDON, Feb. 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Highly regarded corporate lawyer Paul Dunbar, whose practice focuses primarily on private equity and special situations funds, has joined Vinson & Elkins as a partner. He will reside in the firm's London office.
Dunbar was previously a partner at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in London.

Dunbar acts on behalf of private equity and special situations funds, as well as activist and event driven funds and corporate clients, on M&A and special situations transactions, including public and private M&A, corporate governance, joint ventures, minority equity and debt investments, loan-to-own restructurings and portfolio acquisitions. He also advises fund clients on certain regulatory matters.
