National Spokesdog for American Humane Association Hero Dog Awards™ Releases New Video
WASHINGTON, March 20, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- YouTube viral video sensation, Clark G™ the Talking Dog, has just completed a new video promoting nominations for the American Humane Association Hero Dog Awards™. Hero Dogs are ordinary dogs who do extraordinary things and can be nominated at www.herodogawards.org until March 26th. Clark G's™ latest video stars the world famous multilingual talking dog who has been named as the official spokesdog for the 2012 national campaign.
The Hero Dog Awards were created by American Humane Association to celebrate the powerful relationship between dogs and people and promote the human-animal bond.
"Clark is probably the most famous rescued shelter dog in the world," says Robin Ganzert, PhD, President and CEO of the 135-year-old American Humane Association. "His last 'Ultimate Dog Tease Video,' has over 100 million views on YouTube, is the perfect national ambassador for this year's Hero Dog Awards. According to Clark G™, "We've been very busy around my house lately! A whole bunch of people came to visit me; then we went to visit some other people. Now we're on TV and people keep talking about the Hero Dog Awards. I don't know what that is yet but I got some maple-flavored bacon."
