Dr. Liang completed fellowship training in Medical Oncology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine after serving as Chief Resident and completing his residency in Internal Medicine at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Dr. Liang earned his medical degree from Stony Brook University School of Medicine and his bachelor's degree in microbiology from the University of Maryland.
