Engaging Staff in Daily Improvement

Participants will leave the workshop with the ability to develop standard work for managing their daily operations, create visual displays that track real-time operations, convene daily staff huddles using metrics to monitor their organizations' health, perform root-cause analysis and develop action plans with their teams.
