HARTFORD, Conn., Dec. 10, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Virtus Dividend, Interest & Premium Strategy Fund (NYSE: NFJ) and Virtus AllianzGI Equity & Convertible Income Fund (NYSE: NIE) announced the following distribution declarations on their respective common shares:

The distributions will be payable on January 7, 2022 to shareholders of record on December 20, 2021 with an ex-dividend date of December 17, 2021.

The amounts of distributions reported in this notice are estimates only and are not being provided for tax reporting purposes. The actual amounts and sources of the distributions will depend on the fund's investment experience during the remainder of its fiscal year and may be subject to changes based on tax regulations. The fund or your broker will send shareholders a Form 1099-DIV for the calendar year that will tell shareholders what distributions to report for federal income tax purposes.

Virtus Dividend, Interest & Premium Strategy Fund seeks current income and gains, with a secondary objective of  long-term capital appreciation. Virtus AllianzGI Equity & Convertible Income Fund's investment objective is to seek total return comprised of capital appreciation, current income and gains.
