Agilysys, Inc. has applied its expertise in extending retail store technologies, including Point-of-Sale and PIN pads to the development of the Customer Response-Ability™ product. "The partnership between Vision-1 and Agilysys takes advantage of each organization's core strengths, creating a powerful, easily integrated customer feedback tool. The Vision-1 product, which will be deployed to the retail industry by the Vision-1/Agilysys partnership, is a high-resolution customer relationship management (CRM) solution composed of both software and services. It offers a heightened level of customer intimacy driven by POS-resident CR-A software and a matrix of CR-A quantitative reporting, which delivers real-time insight to customer perceptions and beliefs at the point of transaction/sale.
