Vision Marine Technologies Invited to Suntex Marinas National Conference Following Lake Berryessa Electric Boating Activation

Company to build on Lake Berryessa Electric Boat Festival activation and discuss marina electrification, charging infrastructure and the broader electric boating experience.

(NASDAQ: VMAR) ("Vision Marine" or the "Company"), a marine technology and recreational boating company combining proprietary high-voltage electric propulsion technology with vertically connected retail and service operations, today announced that it has been invited to participate in the upcoming Suntex Marinas National Conference in Texas.

The invitation follows Vision Marine's participation as Title Sponsor of the Lake Berryessa Electric Boat Festival in June 2026 at Pleasure Cove Marina in Napa, California, a Suntex Marinas property.

During the two-day event, Vision Marine completed approximately 60 on-water demonstration rides across three electric boats: the STERK 31E powered by dual E-Motion™ 180E propulsion systems, the SPECTR 26 and the Fantail 217.

The activation brought consumers, marina operators and marine-industry participants directly onto the water and provided a real-world marina setting in which multiple electric vessel configurations could be demonstrated and experienced.

For Vision Marine, Lake Berryessa reinforced a central element of its approach to electric boating: propulsion technology is one part of a broader experience that also includes charging infrastructure, vessel access, service capabilities, marina operations and customer education.

From Lake Berryessa to a Broader Marina Discussion

Vision Marine intends to use its participation at the Suntex National Conference, taking place September 22 through 25, to share observations from the Lake Berryessa activation and participate in broader discussions regarding electric boating within marina environments.
