The five components of the Vistage Connect platform are: Peer Advisory Sessions, Executive Coaching, My Network, My Resource Center, and Goals.  Peer Advisory Sessions enable executives to meet virtually to engage in topic or industry specific issue processing led by professional facilitators (Vistage Chairs).  At their convenience, Vistage Connect members can also elect to have Executive Coaching sessions with a Vistage Chair to help them define and stay on track toward their goals.
