Vistra Announces Expansion of Cayman Islands Operations

Vistra, a leading global provider of corporate, trust and fund administration services, has announced the expansion of its Cayman Islands' operations and the recruitment of a Cayman resident Managing Director. This is in response to the growing demand for Cayman Islands structures.

Clive Gibbons will lead Vistra Cayman Trust Limited as Managing Director. Clive has over 15 years offshore experience within the banking, trust and corporate services sector. Born and educated in the UK, he has spent considerable time in Guernsey, the British Virgin Islands and London, before relocating to Cayman in 2013. Clive is a qualified financial advisor, holds an ICA diploma compliance management and is an accredited director with ICSA Canada. He has sat on numerous boards as a director during his career and is a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association.

Vistra Cayman's services will include the establishment of a broad range of Cayman trust, corporate and partnership structures; trustee and administration services; and the provision of corporate and individual director and nominee shareholder services.
