Vistra Announces Latest Acquisition in Luxembourg

LUXEMBOURG, May 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --

Vistra, a leading global provider of corporate, trust and fund administration services announced today that it had finalised agreement on the purchase of the Luxembourg based HT Group.

Founded in 1992, HT Group is a fast growing company formation, accounting and verification service provider employing 10 staff. The company specialises in delivering personal solutions to owner-managers and high net worth individuals from around the world, especially in the English speaking community and offers a range of services including tax compliance, salary, company accounting and verification services.

The enlarged Vistra Luxembourg company will be led by Managing Director Ivo Hemelraad.
