Visual Edge IT Appoints Chief Growth Officer and Chief Revenue Officer to Support Next Phase of Growth

NORTH CANTON, Ohio, Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Visual Edge IT (VEIT), one of the nation's largest print and managed IT services organizations, today announced the promotions of Cameron Jones to Chief Growth Officer and Sara Grofcsik to Chief Revenue Officer.

Together with recently appointed Chief Marketing Officer Laurel Burton, the promotions round out the executive leadership team and support the company's efforts to closely align strategy, marketing, and solution development around the technology requirements of its key verticals, including education, financial services, legal, manufacturing, hospitality, and quick service retail.

Cameron Jones Named Chief Growth Officer

Jones, who joined Visual Edge IT as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff, has played an increasingly important role in the company's transformation and growth strategy. In addition to leading efforts to improve gross margins, support acquisition due diligence, and align strategic priorities across the executive leadership team, he stepped in as Interim Head of Product Management as Visual Edge IT expanded its focus on managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and communication services. 

In his new role as Chief Growth Officer, Jones will lead the key drivers of Visual Edge IT's growth engine, including product management, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. He will continue strengthening industry alliances with the world's leading technology manufacturers while shaping the company's product development roadmap to expand the solutions and capabilities available to Visual Edge IT customers.

Jones previously served on the leadership team of a technology consulting firm and co-founded a telehealth startup. He also held roles with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Capital One, and a private equity firm.

Sara Grofcsik Named Chief Revenue Officer

Grofcsik joined Visual Edge IT as Vice President of National Sales Programs. In less than a year, she grew her organization from 15 to 52 team members, tested and refined go-to-market strategies, and accelerated the adoption of managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and communications services across both new and existing customer relationships.

In her expanded role as Chief Revenue Officer, Grofcsik will lead Visual Edge IT's nationwide revenue organization, bringing field sales, inside sales, account management, customer success, and national sales programs under a unified strategy. She will focus on expanding the company's channel presence nationwide while creating greater consistency across customer engagement, solution offerings, support, and service delivery for Visual Edge IT's entire technology portfolio.

Both Grofcsik and Jones will serve on the executive leadership team and report directly to Hwang.
