The station covers an area of 1,000 square meters and is located centrally at the McCarran Airport Car Rental Center, where effective immediately, travelers to the city will now find a large selection of premium vehicles from German and American brands like BMW, Chrysler, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Jeep, and Dodge.

After completing their trip, customers can save themselves the hassle of looking for a gas station nearby and instead fill up at Sixt's own gas station before dropping off their car. Sixt's concierge will provide help with travel planning as well as information about current events, restaurants, bars, and places to shop in the desert city.  Furthermore, while the Sixt team takes care of the car rental formalities, customers can relax at the Sixt Lounge and enjoy small snacks and coffee specialties while they wait.
