VIVA Significantly Expands its Breadth and Depth of Content Available on its OTT Platform

Viva Entertainment Group, Inc (OTC MARKETS: OTTV), a global entertainment and technology company connecting content owners and video distributors to deliver premium content on any smart device, is pleased to announce a new TVOD content deal via its joint venture with Oi2 Media Corp, "Oi2 TV" featuring premier Hollywood studio content from strategic partner FilmOn TV, for its video-on-demand service.   The partnership will substantially extend the new release content available to users of the ground-breaking satellite-based TVOD entertainment service.

The new VIVA OTT offering, scheduled to launch in October 2016, is a unique system combining an entertainment hub, streaming live TV, VOD, alongside Radio, and a social media and videophone, all in one. "We have built a tremendous OTT platform, with tier one content, and are gearing up for the availability of our mobile app release on IOS and Android.  Consumers will be able to access all their favorite entertainment content via our new web based portal as well through our mobile app" said VIVA Founder & CEO, Johnny Falcones.    

Viva's joint venture partner, Oi2 via its strategic content partnership with FilmOn TV, will provide VIVA with a fully outsourced TVOD and SVOD service including content acquisition, scheduling, and processing as well as marketing support. The importance of this content partnership is that it brings in relationships with all the Hollywood studios, large independents, and a wealth of boutique content providers.  This enables operators the ability to provide customers with a wide range of premium movies, TV series and documentaries, as well as family entertainment, and a library of well-loved recently released and classic films.
