Let's do lunch!  Served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily, Mimi's new Cafe Express Lunch menu brings more than 40 combinations to the time-crunched lunch crowd — and it's served in under 15 minutes or it's free. Mimi's $6.99 Soup & Salad selection includes a Green or Caesar Salad and a cup of Creamy Corn Chowder, Roasted Tomato & Basil Bisque, French Onion or soup of the day. Mimi's half Artisan Sandwiches paired with a hearty soup or a salad make a satisfying midday meal for $8.49. Try a classic BLT, Smoked Ham and Turkey Pistachio Salad. Let the tasting begin!  Like a cozy bistro in Paris, Mimi's offers enjoyable wines and sparkling wines to complement any meal. Now they are available in Wine Flights, featuring three two-ounce pours for $8, perfect for tasting. Mimi's Bistro Red Flight progresses from velvety Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz to classic Zinfandel.
