Vivint Solar And Brahma Group Enter Agreement To Provide Engineering, Procurement And Construction Services For Commercial And Industrial Solar Projects

LEHI, Utah, June 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Vivint Solar (NYSE: VSLR), a leading provider of residential solar energy systems in the United States, and Brahma Group, a world-class industrial construction, project management and maintenance company, have entered into an agreement for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of clean, renewable solar energy projects for commercial and industrial businesses and organizations across the U.S.
