Vivint Solar Promotes Jeremy Sabin to Vice President of Human Capital

LEHI, Utah, July 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Vivint Solar, Inc. (NYSE: VSLR), a leading full-service residential solar provider, today announced it has promoted Jeremy Sabin to vice president of human capital. In this role, Sabin will serve as a member of the company's senior management team, lead cultural strategy and oversee HR operations, including talent acquisition, compensation, training and development, benefits and equity administration.

Sabin has more than 15 years of human capital experience and brings to this role a proven track record of positively impacting organizational performance, business operations and customer relationships. Sabin will oversee Vivint Solar's human capital team, which provides HR management and support to the company's nearly 4,000 employees.

Previously Vivint Solar's senior director of human capital, Sabin joined the company as director of human capital in 2014, shortly before it completed its initial public offering. Among his accomplishments, he implemented key processes and compliance measures pre-IPO and also built a strong business partner function, furthering HR's impact and influence in the organization. Sabin's leadership and contributions have provided a strong foundation for growth as the company expanded rapidly from approximately 800 employees in 2014 to nearly 4,000 employees today.

He was previously a business partner supervisor at Intel-Micron Flash Technologies, a semiconductor company, where he led employee relations and helped drive performance management initiatives.
