Vivint Wins 2011 Mobilizer Award for Field Service Excellence Using ClickSoftware

Furthermore ClickSoftware's mobile solution provides dispatchers and thousands of field service technicians at Vivint with real-time information and dynamic routing. As a result, technicians are able to field nearly 50 percent more service calls every day. Furthermore, the company has been able to increase the products and services it offers by 50 percent, and customers consistently report outstanding service quality and responsiveness.

There are many other significant tangible benefits associated with the project, including the generation of an extra $32.48 million in revenue through customers attracted and retained.
