VoIP Innovations Launches Tiered Origination Product

PITTSBURGH, May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- VoIP Innovations, a Pittsburgh-based provider of wholesale Voice over Internet Protocol service, will be introducing a new tiered, domestic origination product this week with prices starting at $.001-per-minute and $0.75-per-number (DID).

The tiered origination product will be paired with the company's new online Local Number Portability (LNP) tool, further cementing VoIP Innovations as the industry's leading domestic provider of wholesale origination.

Customers will have the option of choosing from five separate domestic tiers, with each tier comprised of multiple providers covering more than 7,500 rate centers across the continental United States.

"With this new tiered product, we're offering our customers unparalleled control over where and how they purchase our origination services," said VoIP Innovations product manager Jason Tapolci.

VoIP Innovations' customers will be able to purchase DIDs by tier, giving them newfound flexibility to control and manage their price structure. Each DID can be customized with or without value-added features like Caller ID and T.38 fax termination.

The unique LNP tool will streamline all of VoIP Innovations' number porting and allow for online Letter Of Authorization (LOA) submission with secure eSignature capabilities. Customers will be able to port numbers to all five tiers without the hassles of scanning a hard copy and dealing with rejected LOAs due to incomplete information or improper format.

The LNP tool will also provide real-time tier availability and estimated portability confirmation, as well as instant updates throughout the porting process.
