Volt Power Acquires DD Grid and One Shot Reliability

ATLANTA, March 16, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Volt Power, which operates within Artera Services LLC ("Artera"), announced today it has acquired DD Grid and One Shot Reliability (OSR). This transaction expands Volt Power's service capabilities across transmission, distribution, and substation work. It also enhances Volt's construction management and project management capabilities with the addition of OSR.
