Vora Ventures Hosts a Complimentary Evening of Innovation, Networking and Celebration

CINCINNATI, May 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Six portfolio companies from Vora Ventures, the Cincinnati-based provider of global technology solutions and infrastructure, are hosting the group's first Demo Day to spotlight their diverse tech innovations with the local community. The event will be held at the Vora Innovation Center in Blue Ash on Thursday, May 28, from 5 to 9 p.m.

On April 28, Vora Ventures received the "2015 Tech Company of the Year" award at the Innovation and Technology Awards event sponsored by The Cincinnati Business Courier. To celebrate, the group is inviting community leaders, tech professionals, entrepreneurs and technology job seekers from the greater Cincinnati area to a complimentary evening of innovation, networking and celebration.

Six of the 12 Vora Ventures portfolio companies will present live demonstrations — including Ascendum, AssureCare, CenterGrid, Vinimaya, Zakta and Zingo — giving the first-ever consolidated view of the Vora Ventures portfolio. Vora Ventures is the second largest minority-owned business in the Greater Cincinnati area, and employs more than 2,000 people worldwide.

Food, wine, beer and live music will be provided during the evening event. Attendees who visit the company demonstration areas will be eligible to win door prizes, including Apple Watches, iPads, iPad minis, a Microsoft Surface Pro and Club Level Reds tickets.
