Through its Talent platform, job seekers, students and employees can introduce themselves through 60-second videos highlighting their strengths, interests, communication skills and ambitions beyond what a traditional résumé communicates. Employers gain another perspective when evaluating candidates, helping them discover individuals whose potential might otherwise be overlooked.

Traditional hiring often emphasizes previous job titles, credentials and experience. For recent graduates and others entering a new career, those measures may not tell the whole story. VUEniq gives candidates an opportunity to communicate what they could bring to an organization while helping employers discover talent beyond conventional application materials.

Alongside its launch, VUEniq identified the 50 best U.S. metropolitan areas for starting a professional career in 2027. Columbus, Ohio, ranks No. 1, followed by Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina; Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; and Charlotte, North Carolina.
