The Walker Digital patents cover many areas of technology, including, electronic commerce, financial services, transaction processing, pricing, social networking, communications, GPS navigation, surveillance, purchasing systems, sales and promotion methods, content viewing, photography, gaming and other areas core and relevant to many companies and industries.

Walker Digital chairman Jay S. Walker, founder of Priceline.com and numerous other successful companies, is the lead inventor on a majority of the Company's patents and applications. Mr. Walker has been recognized nationally and internationally as one of the world's leading entrepreneurs -- Forbes magazine describes him as an "Edison for a New Age" and favorably compares Walker Digital to Thomas Edison's invention factory.(1) BusinessWeek selected him as one of the 25 Internet pioneers most responsible for "changing the competitive landscape of almost every industry in the world."(2) A number of great companies, including Priceline.com, can trace their genesis to technology that was first developed at Walker Digital in the mid-late 1990's.

The Walker Digital patents have been licensed by some of the largest and most innovative companies in the world.  Walker Digital has engaged IP Navigation Group as its monetization advisor with respect to its patent portfolio.

A CNS is an agreement that avoids litigation over patents. A company entering into a CNS with respect to the Walker Digital's patents would gain the freedom to operate under them, and would avoid the uncertainty inherent in patent infringement litigation.

Starting today, ICAP Patent Brokerage will accept anonymous bids on the Walker Digital CNS. To learn more about the assets available or to place a bid, contact Kevin Fiur at Kevin.Fiur@us.icap.com or (512) 505-2308.
