Wall Street Access Names Charles Dugan Managing Director of Fixed Income; Promotes Vice Presidents Murtha and Gorman

NEW YORK, July 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Wall Street Access, a diversified financial services firm, today announced that Charles Dugan has been appointed Managing Director of Fixed Income. The firm has also promoted Jade Murtha to Dealer Sales Manager for Fixed Income, and Chris Gorman to Institutional Sales Manager.

Dugan, who has over 20 years of industry experience, was previously a Senior Vice President at the firm. He will be responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the Fixed Income department, and will focus on the ongoing development of a strong team, expansion in regional areas and continuing to build the Wall Street Access name. Dugan earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Drew University and received his MBA in Finance from Baruch College.

Vice Presidents Murtha and Gorman have been a part of Wall Street Access for several years, and will now take on more active leadership roles within the firm.

With over five years of industry experience, Murtha will now be responsible for managing all broker-dealer relationships. She has been at the firm for four years, after earning her Bachelor's degree in Communications from Rutgers University.

Gorman has been with Wall Street Access for five years and has over 15 years of experience.  He will now manage the overall sales force in the New York, New Jersey and Chicago offices. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Iona College.
