Walmart Product Page Analysis Now Offered in Salsify's Complimentary Product Content Grader

The new Walmart Product Content Grader applies machine learning to Salsify's database of industry benchmarks, retail sales metrics, and product content for millions of products across Walmart.com, delivering an overall content score for specific product pages. Marketing managers and ecommerce leaders can now search a brand name to receive specific scores and customized recommendations for up to ten product pages across six categories that drive product discovery and purchasing decisions. These include product descriptions, product names, feature bullets, images, and reviews. This analysis can be used to drive channel-specific improvements on Walmart.com.

This latest expansion to the Product Content Grader was made possible by Salsify's close work with its partners at Walmart to test and implement their new supplier API within Salsify's PXM platform. The API has saved Salsify customers valuable time and effort when it comes to first-party item setup, content refresh, and full catalogue submissions using the Salsify platform. Walmart's direct connection has also made it possible for premiere Content Service Partners (CSPs) like Salsify to provide valuable data insights back to brand manufacturers.
