Wanderport President Comments on Progress and Transition of the Company

NEW YORK, Aug. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Wanderport Corp. (OTC Markets-PINKSHEETS: WDRP) today in a statement made by Mr. Richard Martel, Wanderport's President and CEO, commented on the progress of the company, as it transitions from an R&D start-up to becoming an interesting "game changer" in the water heater industry as the completion of the unique multi-cavity microwave energy tank-less water heater (MCMHU) is imminent.

Dear Esteemed Shareholders,

It is a privilege to respectfully fulfill my role as President and CEO of Wanderport at a time where the MCMHU is within sight. I am also extremely proud of this company's direction and association with our licensor, Mr. Robert Simoneau and would like to thank him for his steadfast dedication to the product. Because of his perseverance we are anticipating completing a working multi-cavity microwave energy tank-less water heater (MCMHU) within the next few weeks barring any unforeseen delays.

This remarkable achievement will prepare the stage for a host of marketing opportunities. We are hopeful the MCMHU will have a very presentable outer shell and will be practical for beta-testing outside the laboratory environment, as well as multiple presentations to chosen global manufacturers and new and existing distributors. We have also promised a unit will be made available for a noted trade show attended by our USA distributor, Mr. David Myers of Utilities Marketing International (UML) slated for October of this year (further details will be provided as we approach the trade show's scheduled date).

Although we are entering a short waiting period, please rest assured that behind the scenes our design and engineering associates have been provided authorization and instruction to complete the MCMHU without interruption. They will incorporate some new light weight components designed to save space and energy consumption, as well as an improved heat exchanger design having run simulations for the past few weeks.

The introduction of Underwriters Laboratories UL® guidelines will be gradual because consideration has been given to the creation of a new and innovative category for the MCMHU. Wanderport and UL® continue to exchange information and we will provide further comments as the UL® file develops. Since we will be advancing despite not fully completing the UL® process, design engineers have assured us that there shouldn't be any great degree of difficulty this time around because they have already tackled most of the hurdles within the previous assembly of the single cavity microwave energy tank-less water heater (SCMHU) prototype. Upon completion of the MCMHU a full description will be made available by Mr. Simoneau. Although we recognize the importance of announcing specifications accompanied by efficiency coefficients, I refuse to speculate or influence Mr. Simoneau in doing so unless he truly feels comfortable with the idea. I have enormous faith in him and I know he will release the information at the appropriate time.

We are also in the final stages of constructing a new website to serve prospective and existing clients and shareholders. The previous website will no longer function due to the unfortunate passing of the servers' owner and will cease operation as of August 4th, 2011. The previous site will be replaced with www.wanderportcorporation.net still under construction. There may be a lag between closing the old website and unveiling the new one so that the website's content and product's specifications can be reviewed by Mr. Simoneau upon his return from abroad in approximately twelve days.
