An integrated marketing specialist, Scott's broad knowledge and hands-on experience with developing and implementing marketing, public relations and social media strategy includes work in academia, as well as journalism and politics. Most recently, she served as marketing manager at Trinity International University, where she planned, developed and managed all integrated marketing plans for the university, including a substantial advertising budget and negotiation of placement rates and positioning. She worked as a correspondent for the Daily Herald in Lake County for two years and played an integral role in the 2006 grassroots re-election campaign of U.S. Representative Mark Kirk. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity International University and is finalizing her Master of Business Administration degree at the Keller Graduate School of Management, DeVry University.
