("Kanders"), a private investment firm with more than 30 years of experience investing in public and private companies across a variety of sectors, has made a significant growth capital investment in Carve Designs, Inc. ("Carve Designs" or the "Company"), forging a close partnership with existing management that will further the Company's reach into the rapidly growing category of swimwear, surf and beach-inspired apparel.
