Washington Post names Atlantic Coast Mortgage, LLC a 2018 Top Workplace

FAIRFAX, Va., July 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlantic Coast Mortgage announced that the company has been recognized as a 2018 Top Workplace by The Washington Post. The annual list identifies top organizations in the Greater Washington area that prioritize a healthy, engaged workplace culture and measures several aspects of that culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, to name just a few.

"Our mission at Atlantic Coast Mortgage is to redefine the expectations and standards of excellence in the mortgage industry," said Timur Tunador, CEO of Atlantic Coast Mortgage. "To do this, we have built a culture around our commitment to putting people first in everything we do – for both customers and our staff. Every single employee operates with a team-driven mindset and unwavering commitment to protecting the joy of homebuying."

The top workplace list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.

"Top Workplaces is more than just recognition," said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. "Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement."
