Meet the Local Franchise Owner
Water Wings Frisco is owned and operated by local entrepreneur Ali Robaei, an engineer and seasoned business professional whose career has taken him around the world. Born and raised in Babylon, Iraq, Robaei lived in Dubai, South Africa and London before settling in the United States in 2008. With bachelor's and master's degrees in telecommunications engineering as well as an MBA, he has more than 20 years of experience spanning mobile network design and management, product marketing, corporate strategy and consulting.

As a father of two, Robaei spends much of his time outside of work supporting his children in their sports and activities alongside his wife, Nuha. His family's active lifestyle and his desire to make a meaningful impact on children and families ultimately drew him to Water Wings and the opportunity bring a business to his community centered around helping children build confidence, develop essential water safety skills and love the water.

The community is invited to celebrate the grand opening of Water Wings Frisco during its Splash Bash Saturday, September 26 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to tour the facility, meet instructors and learn about Water Wings' swim programs while enjoying a bounce house, bubble station, prizes, snacks, giveaways and other family-friendly activities.

Water Wings Frisco will also offer free preview classes on September 24 and 25, as well as Monday through Friday following the Splash Bash, giving families the opportunity to experience a Water Wings swim lesson firsthand.
