Watercrest Recognizes Construction Teams at the Celebratory Topping Out of Watercrest Winter Park Assisted Living and Memory Care

VERO BEACH, Fla., April 15, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Over 100 leadership, construction and development crew members gathered for the celebratory 'Topping Out' of Watercrest Winter Park Assisted Living and Memory Care in Winter Park, FL.  Watercrest Winter Park is a 107-unit resort-style senior living development partnered between Watercrest Senior Living Group and Titan Development Real Estate Fund I, and currently under construction by Walker and Company.

The term 'Topping Out' in the construction industry refers to the completion of the roof during buildout, signifying that the structure has reached its maximum height.
