The 128-unit upscale senior living community, developed by Providence One Partners and operated by Watercrest Senior Living, is preparing to welcome residents.

Development and construction partners, associates and family members filled the lobby for the ceremonial ribbon cutting and champagne toast by Watercrest Principal and CEO Marc Vorkapich, which kicked off the main event.
