The ceremonial groundbreaking recognized multiple project development partners, including LifeBUILT Architecture, Merchants Bank, Interior Design Associates, Shiel Sexton construction, and city and county officials of Fort Mill, South Carolina. The 107-unit, resort-style senior living community is now under construction by Shiel Sexton and scheduled to welcome residents in early 2020.
Watercrest Fort Mill will offer 75 assisted living and 32 memory care apartments with premium accommodations, resort-style amenities, and world-class care.
