Community and civic leaders, associates and founding family members filled the lobby for the ceremonial ribbon cutting and champagne toast which kicked off the main event.  Guests toured the exquisitely designed community while celebrating with live entertainment, festive photography, signature Watercrest wines, and impeccably prepared hors d'oeuvres and desserts by Executive Chef Stephen McManus.
