In 2019, she helped launch Watercrest's signature Live Exhilarated™ program, creating meaningful experiences centered on each resident's passions, interests and individual strengths. Today, as Director of Resident and Family Experience, Jeffries draws on a decade of experience to advance service excellence, strengthen associate training and elevate the experience of residents and families across the Watercrest organization.
