Wealth Enhancement Announces Acquisition of Dempsey Investment Management, LLC, an Independent RIA with Over $150 Million in Client Assets

This partnership marks Wealth Enhancement's first location in Vermont and brings the firm's total client assets to more than $118.5 billion.

MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Wealth Enhancement, a national independent wealth management firm dedicated to enriching clients' lives, announced it has acquired Dempsey Investment Management, LLC, an independent RIA in South Burlington, Vermont. The firm is led by Donald F. Dempsey, Jr., Founder and Owner, who oversees more than $150 million in client assets.
