Wealth Enhancement Announces Acquisition of XO Wealth Management, an Independent RIA with Over $516 Million in Client Assets

This partnership marks Wealth Enhancement's 11^th location in Texas and brings the firm's total client assets to more than $107.5 billion.

MINNEAPOLIS, March 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Wealth Enhancement, a national independent wealth management firm dedicated to enriching clients' lives, has announced the acquisition of XO Wealth Management, an independent RIA in Dallas, Texas. The team of three advisors and three support staff oversees more than $516 million in client assets and is led by Matthew Fuller, Founder & Managing Director, Stephen Valelly, Managing Director, and Carl Carlos, First Vice President.
