NEW YORK, Sept. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- WealthCounsel, LLC and the publishers of Trusts & Estates magazine announced the launch of the 4th Annual Industry Trends Survey. All practicing estate planning attorneys are eligible to participate in the web survey which is the industry's only source for comprehensive insight on emerging trends.

The 2010 survey also seeks insight from practicing attorneys into why a majority of Americans do not have a basic will, let alone a more comprehensive estate plan.
