Distinguished U.S. Experts and Global Industry Leaders Join Newly Formed Advisory Board to Drive Strategic Growth and Innovation

The formation of the six-member board is part of the company's plan to accelerate the development of its Microwearable hydration sensor and U.S. launch timeline with a first focus on the professional and elite amateur sports market. WearOptimo's first application of its technology, the hydration sensor, is the only wearable that enables genuine real-time continuous monitoring of hydration using a non-invasive skin-patch.

• Dr. Robert Langer – Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has cofounded 40+ businesses, including Moderna, Momenta, and Living Proof, and was on the founding scientific advisory board of Alnylam. Dr Langer has more than 1,500 patents issued and pending, licensed or sublicensed to more than 400 companies. He is the most cited engineer in history and has received more than 220 awards, including the Queen Elizabeth prize for engineering (considered the engineering Nobel prize), Kavli Prize, Wolf Prize and is one of only three people to receive both the U.S. National medal of science and the U.S. National Medal of Technology and Innovation.

During his 30+ year career, Dr. Williams has held leadership positions in the biotechnology industry, including EVP of R&D at Biogen, and CEO roles at Codiak BioSciences and ZymoGenetics (where he led a $985 M trade sale to Bristol Meyers Squibb).
