Doka and Pamela Gabbay, Director of the Mourning Star Center for Grieving Children, discussing Effective Grief Support Groups for Adolescents. This program will focus specifically on grief groups for adolescents and young people (ages 13 through college) and will explore various types of grief groups that work best to support grieving adolescents, as well as the unique challenges in developing these groups. The discussion will include real-life examples of developing and running effective grief support programs for adolescents.
