Webster declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per common share, payable on February 22, 2010 to shareholders of record on February 8, 2010.
Webster also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $21.25 per share on its 8.50% Series A Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock, payable on March 15, 2010 to shareholders of record on March 1, 2010.
