WeChat Payment now accepted on Vexilor POS, powered by Givex
SHENZHEN, China, April 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Givex, the proven platform that provides tools for increased customer engagement and operational efficiency, announced today that Vexilor, its cloud based POS solution, has been successfully integrated to WeChat. Businesses will be able to offer this fast and convenient payment option to their customers and also deliver promotions and offers to them which can be automatically applied to purchases made using WeChat.
WeChat, locally known in China as Weixin, is one of the largest standalone messaging apps in the world, with 697 million monthly active user accounts. WeChat supports peer-to-peer money transfers and payments and has become a popular form of payment in China. Users pay with WeChat by opening the app and generating a QR code which the POS operator then scans.
With Vexilor, businesses have many options to accept WeChat payments. Restaurants can scan WeChat QR codes using their portable tableside tablets. Retailers can use QR code scanners with their Vexilor workstations.
