Devang Shah, a seasoned legal executive, joins as General Counsel with more than two decades of experience leading legal functions at public and private technology companies. Before joining Weee!, Devang served as General Counsel at Pivot Bio, Wish, and Zynga, where he was a key member of the senior leadership teams, overseeing legal strategy, M&A, IP, compliance, and governance. He began his legal career at Skadden Arps and has deep expertise in guiding high-growth, innovative companies through complex legal environments.
