Mr. Yan was cofounder and Chief Technology Officer of Quidsi, famously known for Diapers.com. Quidsi was acquired by Amazon in 2011 for over $500MM. Before the acquisition, Mr. Yan managed more than 200 team members and served on the executive team with Marc Lore, cofounder and CEO of Jet.com.
